You will then receive detailed return instructions by email depending on your location. <\/li><li><strong>Packing the item<\/strong><br>Pack the jewelry securely in the original packaging. Make sure that all items are in their original condition (except for damaged goods). <\/li><li><strong>Sending a return<\/strong><br>Send the parcel according to the instructions you received by email. For your protection, we recommend using an insured delivery service with tracking.
